It is a luxurious premium Junmai Ginjo sake, beautifully renewed in March 2019 using 100% “Yume Sasara,” a rice variety ideal for sake production from Tochigi Prefecture. Its hallmark is a mild umami, fruity Ginjo aroma, and an exceptionally fresh taste that resembles that of namazake.
