This is a Daiginjo made from Yamada Nishiki, polished to 40% rice milling ratio, carefully brewed at low temperatures and matured in refrigeration. It features an elegant gin aroma reminiscent of ripe fruit, with a soft sweetness and a calm, refined taste.
