It is made from select sake-grade rice “Yamada Nishiki,” polished to 45%, using Tsugawa natural spring water, which is one of Japan’s top 100 springs. Brewed with meticulous care by skilled toji as if nurturing their own children, it showcases a delightful fragrance and a refreshing finish. Award history: Gold Medal at the 2018 National Sake Appraisal in the USA.
