Its refreshing and light scent beautifully embodies the charm of “Junmai.” With a well-balanced taste of light sweetness and acidity, it stands as a pinnacle of Junmai sake from Doi Shuzou. It was awarded the gold prize at the Wine Glass Award for Delicious Sake 2021.
