Kaiun Junmai Ginjo Yamada Nishiki
Description
This sake features a soft mouthfeel with a shining umami and a well-balanced acidity and sweetness. Made from Yamada Nishiki rice, regarded as the king of sake rice, sourced from the special A region in Hyogo Prefecture, it is released as namazake. Generally, sake brewed with Omachi tends to be light, but Kaizen’s Omachi offers a rich and crisp dry sake with a superb balance. It allows for an elegant and refined flavor experience. In June 2019, it won a gold medal in the junmai daiginjo category at KURA MASTER 2019.
