Kunikaze Junmai is a crisp and clean dry sake with a refreshing taste. Established in 1882, Kunikaze Shuzo is Japan’s northernmost sake brewery, utilizing pure water sourced from the Shokanbetsu mountain range in Hokkaido and locally grown sake rice “Gohyakumangoku” polished to 65%. This junmai sake features a refined drinking experience and a smooth finish, making it highly recommended both chilled and warmed. It has also won a gold medal at the National Awamori Competition, making it an excellent choice to enhance food pairing.
