Established in 1882, Kunikaze Shuzou, the northernmost sake brewery in Japan, utilizes pure water sourced from the Shokanbetsu mountain range in Hokkaido and premium sake rice “Ginfuu” cultivated in Hokkaido. This sake is carefully brewed at low temperatures, embodying the brewery’s dedication to crafting dry sake.
