Description

Kunikaze Junmai is a polished sake that emphasizes the deliciousness of rice. Founded in 1882, Kunikaze Shuzou, the northernmost sake brewery in Japan, uses pristine waters sourced from the Shokanbetsu mountain range in Hokkaido and the sake-brewing rice “Gohyakumangoku.” This junmai sake has a crisp and refreshing taste while preserving the umami of the rice, resulting in a dry flavor profile.
